CHIANTI DEPT ASSISTANT MANAGER

Chianti Dept Assistant Manager will assist and support the Chianti Dept Manager in daily operations, with specific care of:
- customer care, guest relations, quality control;
- organization of transfers and shuttles, and their constant maintenance;
- managing emergencies and last minute issues;
- verifying the application of department’ standards

To apply for this positions, Florencetown requires:
- previous experience as Tour Leader/Driving Guide;
- knowledge of wine and wine making processes (Sommelier degree, as a plus);
- good knowledge of English language, both written and spoken (other languages, as a plus);
- Italian valid driving licence (KB/D licences, as a plus);

DRIVING GUIDE – CHIANTI DEPT

The guide will take care of driving small groups in the area of Chianti, providing information about Tuscany its traditions.

The Booking Office Clerk will take care of reservations, and will take active part in the creation of customized experiences and itineraries.
