Fun and Educational Class
My husband and I took the Wanna Be Italiano Cooking Class and Tour of the Central Market. It was a day well spent. The guide and chefs were personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. It was fun to meet other folks vacationing in Tuscany, plus we learned how to make several pastas and tiramisu. I highly recommend this class.

Me and my girlfriend absolutely loved this class, we were taught everything we wanted to learn and was treated to some great in depth knowledge of Tuscany, the markets of Florence and how to build basic Italian sauces and of course Pasta.
Martina Lauro Chef Extraordinaire!
Martina Lauro is a super hero chef! She explains in detail why and how to find what you need at the market to make an amazing Ragù alla bolognese, with home made ravioli and pappardelle! For dessert we made tiramisu! It was the most amazing experience. I HIGHLY suggest doing this on any visit to Florence.
I purchased this experience as a Christmas gift for my husband and he loved it!! Our instructor David was great, he was entertaining and informative. We made Fettuccine with Bolognese sauce and Tiramisu from scratch. I highly recommend this experience while visiting Florence.
