Start your culinary journey exploring Milan’s delightful bottegas, the local delis, led by your chef and taste some of the best products of the bottegas. Learn about the typical local specialties and ancient gastronomic heritage. Chat with the vendors and let your chef explain you the secrets of Italian pecialties.
Time to get to work...hands-on! Follow your private chef's dedicated guidance and master the tricks of the trade. Roll out postcard-perfect pasta, mix and season sauces and dessert Mince, mix, sauté, stir and enjoy your handmade pasta, a risotto demonstration and more!
Once your meal is ready take a seat and savor the tastiest food ever: the one you made yourself in downtown Milan!
At the end of the meal receive a Cooking Class Attendance Certificate (to boast about!), and a Digital Recipe Booklet to share the recipes you learned with your friends and family once back home.
