Learn your way to traditional Italian cuisine with a one-of-a-kind private cooking class held by a charming professional chef in the alluring premises of our lovely cooking facility in the heart of Milan.
Start your culinary journey exploring Milan’s delightful bottegas, the local delis, led by your chef. Browse the exquisite shops, discover shelves and shelves of fresh produce and local specialties. Learn about the typical local specialties and ancient gastronomic heritage. Chat with the vendors and let your chef teach you how to choose the finest ingredients. Stroll to the cooking facility groceries in hand, and don your apron!
Time to get to work...hands-on! Follow your private chef's dedicated guidance and master the tricks of the trade. Roll out postcard-perfect pasta, mix and season sauces and dessert Mince, mix, sauté, stir and, take a break for a taste of premium wines and premium local cheeses.
Once your meal is ready take a seat and savor the tastiest food ever: the one you made yourself in downtown Milan!
At the end of the meal receive a Cooking Class Attendance Certificate (to boast about!), and a Recipe Booklet to share the recipes you learned with your friends and family once back home.
Menu varies slightly according to the season but will generally include hand-made pasta, pasta sauces, cheese fondue and a dessert.
Vegetarians and/or those suffering from intolerance and/or allergies are more than welcome: vegetarian and other alternative recipes are available and included (advance notice is appreciated).

IMPORTANT We inform all our guests that from August 06th 2021 every European Community citizens must show the Green Pass, as well as a document of recognition at the entrance of the main Italian monuments and museums as well as every indoor bar and restaurant
For guests arriving from outside Europe it will be required:
- a document of recognition
- a proof of Covid vaccination, or the negative result of the Covid test 48 hrs prior the museum entrance.
Those who do not possess the above mentioned documents will NOT be able to enter. No exceptions or refund will be made.

Please note that Italian law doesn't permit selling alcoholic beverage to teens under 18 y.o. so clients under this age will be served non-alcoholic beverages.
