Our signature Private Gelato and Pizza Making Class is held in a posh cooking studio in the heart of fashionable Milan!
Enjoy an engaging, entertaining and enlightening journey through the luscious flavors of Italy’s most beloved staples: fragrant pizza, topped with mozzarella cheese and anything else you like, and wonderful creamy gelato. All with the privilege of a private experience, to share with your family or friends, in a charming cooking facility.
Meet your dedicated “teacher” a professional expert "pizzaiolo" and follow his lead. Learn about the origins of pizza, and how to combine the ingredients to make a perfect flaky crust. Mix and measure, learn to knead the dough to perfection and to make delicious tomato sauce to top it off with.
While you cook, have a taste of premium Italian wines and olive oil, and while your pizza dough rests and rises, learn about making gelato. Your chef will show you the raw ingredients, mix them and churn. Also, you’ll master the art of making an ice-cream cone from scratch, and cooking it too!
Time to bake your pizza: season it with your choice of deliciousness and pop it into the oven!

IMPORTANT We inform all our guests that from August 06th 2021 every European Community citizens must show the Green Pass, as well as a document of recognition at the entrance of the main Italian monuments and museums as well as every indoor bars and restaurants
For guests arriving from outside Europe it will be required:
- a document of recognition
- a proof of Covid vaccination, or the negative result of the Covid test 48 hrs prior the museum entrance.
Those who do not possess the above mentioned documents will NOT be able to enter. No exceptions or refund will be made.

Please note that Italian law doesn't permit selling alcoholic beverage to teens under 18 y.o. so clients under this age will be served non-alcoholic beverages.
