A professional chef will guide you through the process, and in three hours time you’ll learn how to work the pasta dough, how to prepare the most exquisite pasta seasonings and with a live demonstration you’ll know the best ways to get a perfect Italian gelato!

First step: prepare not one, but two of the most famous Italian first courses, fresh hand-made pasta based. It could be the traditional tagliatelle or spaghetti alla chitarra, the classic ravioli, or the not-so-well known but still delicious gnudi. Once you know how to handle the pasta dough and how to cut it, you need to prepare the classic Italian sauces like carbonara, pesto, or the simple but super inviting pummarola sauce to get the job done.

What is a dinner without a dessert? The classic Italian gelato is made up of the cream on the top, and the cone at the bottom and with this cooking class you’re going to learn how to obtain the most authentic version of it by watching a live demonstration of the local chef, who’ll explain also how to combine the different gelato’s flavors. That’s not it: there are the heating and freezing techniques to discover and which are the places where the best artisanal gelatos are made.

Finally, the part that the protagonists of the class always love the most: eating time! You’ll be surprised at how good the dishes you just finished preparing taste.
