Your private chef will guide you through each step — from forming the dough to shaping pasta like tagliatelle, fettuccine, or stuffed ravioli. As your pasta rests, the lesson shifts to dessert. Your chef will walk you through the process of making authentic Italian gelato, focusing on fresh, natural ingredients and traditional methods. You’ll discover the techniques that give gelato its smooth, dense texture and rich flavor, with the flexibility to customize based on your preferences or dietary needs.

Once the cooking is done, sit down to enjoy the fruits of your labor. You’ll be served your handmade pasta dishes and freshly churned gelato, paired with a glass of high-quality Italian wine.
